Create connection URLs for Manychat, Go High Level CRM, or another automation tool so external messages can be routed into the deployed agent.
Instagram (Meta)
Connect an Instagram professional account so the agent answers DMs and comment keywords directly through Meta, with no ManyChat in between. You can disconnect at any time.
Manychat API Token
Used to push agent replies back to Instagram DMs. Find it in Manychat under Settings > API. Without a token, replies are logged server-side instead of sent.
Google Calendar
Connect a Google account so the app can schedule sessions and manage events on your calendar. You can disconnect at any time.
Connected Tools
Shadow mode keeps receiving messages and generating replies for review, but sends nothing to the user.
