Terms of Service

AIVAS helps businesses manage conversations, prepare content, and carry out work through AI assistants and connected services. Available features depend on your plan and the connections and permissions you enable. These terms govern your use of the service. By creating an account or connecting an Instagram account, you agree to them.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may invite colleagues to your workspace; you remain responsible for what they do in it.

You may only connect an Instagram professional account that you own or are authorised to administer. Connecting an account allows AIVAS to access information needed for its enabled features. Automated replies and other external actions depend on the permissions and settings you enable; connecting an account alone is not approval to publish content.

Your use of Instagram remains subject to Meta's own terms. If Meta suspends or changes access to its APIs, features that depend on them may stop working.

• You are the sender of every message the assistant sends from your account, and you are responsible for its content.
• You must not use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to harass anyone, or to message people who have asked you to stop.
• You must not use the service to impersonate another person or business, or to make claims you are not entitled to make — including medical, financial, or legal advice you are not qualified to give.
• You must comply with the messaging and advertising laws that apply where you and your customers are.
• You must configure and review your assistant. It is your voice, and it works from the instructions and knowledge you give it.

Replies sent through AIVAS are generated using automated systems and artificial intelligence. You are responsible for the instructions, permissions, and approvals you provide and for reviewing output where appropriate before it is used. Automated actions may occur without individual review when you enable them. While AIVAS provides operator supervision and human handoff capabilities, AIVAS does not warrant or guarantee that any automated reply is error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose, and replies should not be relied upon as professional advice.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and are not refundable except where the law requires. We will give notice before changing prices for an existing subscription.

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed for us to process that content and information about others. You authorize us to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can contact us to request access to or deletion of personal data; see the data deletion page.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before removing something you depend on.

You may stop using the service at any time. Contact us for help closing your workspace or cancelling paid services. Stopping use or disconnecting an integration does not itself cancel billing. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, impairs or abuses the service or underlying third-party platforms, or where we are required to do so by law.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. AIVAS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by updating the date above and notifying workspace administrators. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
